Hence, We are guiding youths for gainful employment and art of living.
It is done by experienced and specialists through the latest and most appropriate techniques of learning. It makes youths efficient and employment-suitable so that they can get employment in their chosen- field thereby contributing productively to society and nation-building. It is our considered opinion that the youth of the country with timely and suitable employment is the need of hour as it fosters our society and economy into a progressive world. Hence, the youth empowerment and nation-building have been our basic objectives for launching CLIMAX.
Today, the employment opportunities in public sector are limited and day by day the level of competition is going to be really tough. It is precisely because of already huge educated unemployment in our country. Therefore, minimum educational eligibility criteria alone are not sufficient for an employment seeker to get desired post. Only those who stand top in competitive examination get the coveted post but the million dollar question is how to be topper. To top any competitive examination one needs some extra and special qualities. These qualities are available only at a few selected institutes headed by real –life achievers. Since, there are no strict academic standards prescribed for setting up and running coaching institutes so majority of them are being run only on commercial basis by under-qualified non-academicians who were never selected in any top competitive examinations. Such coaching institutes cannot make students successful. Only an achiever can do it.
The Climax as a competitive examinations coaching institute is a perfect coaching institute being run by a real-life top achiever in competitive examinations, RATAN BISHNOI who has been young , dynamic , enthusiastic , great motivator , founder and director of Climax. Mr. Ratan Bishnoi has been a genius and brilliant student throughout in his academic career. He topped Rajasthans highest civil service examination RAS with 8th rank and having 22-year rich administrative experience with 11 Awards by district collectors, appreciation from the Chairman Rajasthan Revenue Board and the Chief Secretary of Rajasthan for outstanding administrative performance. He was awarded A-Category by Revenue Board for 100% achievement in disposal of revenue court cases. He was publicly praised by Honble CM of Rajasthan for his administrative excellence.
He was born in 1968 Barmer district of Rajasthan in an ordinary, illiterate, agrarian, orthodox backward family in an interior village located in Thar Desert. He was selected in Rural Talent Search Examination in 1980 which showed his early brilliance and enabled him to qualify for scholarship for higher education in selected public schools.By virtue of it he had his schooling from Chopasani School in Jodhpur, a reputed royal public school under the patronage of HH Maharaja Jodhpur.
In Rajasthan Board in Secondary and higher secondary examinations he was in merit list thereby securing National Merit Scholarship. There was turning- point in his academic career when during schooling he was selected in most prestigious An All India-level National Talent Search Examination by NCERT. NTSE selection got him handsome scholarship for higher education thus freeing him from all financial worries regarding education .He graduated in Economics Hons from JNVU by topping University and got gold medal. He obtained his Masters and M Phil in Economics from JNU New Delhi.He was selected in NET and JRF by UGC and availed fellowship for Research. He had been an outstanding orator and won several prizes. He also cleared CDS but did not join it. He received twice all India GK Merit Certificate showing his talent.
